No. Kimson is an award-winning accountancy service providing contractors, consultants, interim professionals and freelancers with payment options to suit their needs. Whilst we can support umbrella-style employed payments into personal accounts our speciality is helping contractors benefit from the use of their Limited Company, whilst avoiding IR35 hurdles. #### Will I be employed using your option? No. As you will be contracting through your Limited Company, you will not be employed directly through Kimson. However employment deductions will be made prior to your Limited Company being paid satisfying any employment requirements your Client or Agency may have. #### Is Kimson a Consultancy? No, we're an award-winning accountancy service. Kimson will engage with your Agency in the usual way, acting as a payment intermediary much as an umbrella company does. Once funds are collected from your Agency, all employment-related deductions will be taken, and the remaining funds paid into your Limited Company, as per the Off-Payroll working regulations. #### Can I use my Limited Company for inside IR35 roles? Yes you can.
